I ran across your sweet baby girl's obituary in the newspaper, and was saddened at your loss. There are no words to say to make things better for you and your family. I am so sorry for your loss and wish you and your cute family the best in this difficult situation.

With love,

Jen (Bird) Larson

P.S. I enjoyed your blog, and I know you will be able to look back and be so grateful for keeping this journal of your baby.

I hope this is ok to leave you a message like this, but I thought about if I were in your shoes......would I want to hear this. I actually deliver flowers sometimes for local flower companies......I ended up having a couple for Jenkins Soffe today. I wasn't even sure who I was delivering them for, but when I got out of my car to take the flowers into the building.....I just immediately knew that it was for a baby girl and I could feel her there. It was an amazing feeling and almost brought me to tears. I went inside thinking I was possibly out of my mind, but I peeked around the corner just to see if there were any pictures out yet.....possibly to confirm I was just being crazy. I didn't see any pictures, but I immediately saw the adorable pink blanket on the side table. I had the urge to try and find her obituary when I got home and this is how I happened onto your blog. I just wanted to tell you that I admire you and your sweet little family for facing this with such courage! I hope and pray that you will have the comfort in knowing that she was too special and amazing for this life. I can't even imagine the way it feels to lose a small child and I hope I never have to experience it. But if I do......I will think of you and your example of faith, hope and courage. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.
